Design plans extend on the concept plan by detailing each area of the landscape. Feature planting and hard landscape materials are named and the plan is also accompanied by an Implementation plan.

The Implementation Plan is a booklet which outlines the order in which the landscape installation is to be carried out, and includes;

• perspectives and construction detailing.
• A list of plants is included specifically chosen based on information received during the consultation.
• A contractor and material suppliers list
• Where necessary lighting, irrigation and colour schemes

Useful if: You would like a stunning landscape. All the necessary information is on the plan ensuring the landscape is constructed and finished to a high design standard. Perspectives help you to visualise what the landscape features will look like.

We can provide you with an accurate quote based on the design plan and an estimate for plant supply at a per square metre rate with the species being specified during plant placement.

Addition: Along with the ink landscape plan of your property you may also choose to purchase a colour copy. Plans are graphically rendered and laminated. Colour plans are priced seperately.
